We work with your insurance, health savings, and other options for you to be able to have the best care whether it is for allergy tests, balloon sinuplasty, pediatric ENT, or any other services. Our office can help with financing options like CareCredit providing you with a 0 down payment and low monthly payment for affordable plans. All payments are due at the time of service; however we do everything possible to help you understand all your options available.
Everyone’s Insurance Policy
Dr. Gilliam is proud to be your stone oak allergy doctor specializing in all things ENT and Sinus related. We want to provide you the best services and the proper information for smooth processes with all of our services. When you visit our office, we will gladly assist you with understanding your insurance coverage. Make sure to bring your up to date insurance card when you come in for your first visit . Provide an update of information if your insurance provider has been changed. Having constant communication about updates to your account will allow a clear path for a smooth process with us. There are thousands of different insurance plans, and we work very hard to get the benefits & coverage specific to you. However, we always recommend knowing your plan benefits such as your copay, deductible, total out-of-pocket expenses, etc… We are here to help you through the process as best we can.
Insurance Claims
We are on your side when it comes to insurance claims. Don’t worry about submitting your insurance claim we will gladly do that for you. We want to help you receive full insurance benefits and ask that you communicate to us on the status of this process. We do hold our patients accountable to their account and encourage you to reach out to us if your policy has not shown to be paid within a 45 day period. If you use any of our services like our ENT treatments or sinusitis treatment and our stone oak practice is not under contract with your insurance, we will provide you with the necessary copies of services and charges for you to move forward with your insurance claim.​
